Pricing
Video production pricing, explained
Projects are scoped individually based on creative, crew, production requirements and deliverables. Here is how that works in practice.
Why we quote by project
We do not sell hours of camera time. An hourly rate tells you what a person costs, not what you will end up with.
A project quote is tied to a defined result: a list of finished videos, the production needed to make them and the dates they are due. You approve that scope before anything is booked.
Five common engagement types
Most projects fit one of these shapes. They are starting points for a scope, not fixed packages.
- 01
Content Day
For marketing teams that need a steady supply of video without a campaign concept. Typically one planned shoot day and a set of edited clips in horizontal and vertical formats, plus organized B-roll.
- 02
Testimonial / Interview Production
For companies that sell on trust and want customers or executives to say it in their own words. Typically interview preparation, a lit and miked interview setup, supporting footage and an edited film with shorter cuts.
- 03
Brand Film
For businesses that need one central film to explain who they are. Typically creative development, a scripted or interview-led structure, one or more shoot days and a finished film with cutdowns.
- 04
Commercial Campaign
For a launch, a season or a paid media push. Typically a concept and script, casting or on-screen talent where needed, a directed shoot and a family of ad versions in several lengths and ratios.
- 05
Ongoing Content Production
For teams that publish regularly and want one production partner. Typically recurring shoot days on an agreed rhythm, a rolling edit schedule and a growing footage library.

What drives cost on the shoot
- 01
Crew size
A single interview and a multi-camera scene with lighting and sound need different numbers of people on set.
- 02
Shoot days
More days mean more crew time, more footage to process and often more locations to coordinate.
- 03
Locations
Each move between locations costs setup time. Some sites also require permission, fees or scheduling outside business hours.
- 04
Talent
Actors, presenters, voiceover artists and stylists are added to the quote when the concept calls for them.
What drives cost before and after the shoot
- 01
Creative development
A project that arrives with an approved script needs less concept work than one that starts from a business goal.
- 02
Aerial cinematography
Aerial footage is available and is scoped as its own line, because it depends on the site, the weather and the shots required.
- 03
Post-production complexity
A straight interview edit is quicker than a film with motion graphics, animation, sound design and detailed color work.
- 04
Number of deliverables
Every extra version, length, language or aspect ratio is additional editing and export time.
How a quote is built
- 01
You describe the goal
What the video is for, who will see it, where it will run and when you need it.
- 02
We define the scope
We translate the goal into deliverables, shoot days, crew and post-production work.
- 03
You receive a written quote
One document that lists what is included, so you can compare it line by line with any other proposal.
- 04
We adjust together
If the number does not fit the budget, we change the scope openly, for example fewer deliverables or a simpler shoot, and show what each change removes.
