AVISUAL is a commercial film and video studio based in Sarasota. We plan, film and edit for businesses here, on location, with a crew sized to the project.

How production works locally
We have no studio facility and do not pretend to. We film where your business is.

Locations
Your hotel, office, job site or venue comes first. For anything else, we scout and arrange a location during pre-production.

Light
The Gulf is to the west, so beaches and waterfront exteriors usually look best late in the day. Interiors are scheduled for the hours in between.

Weather
Summer brings heat and afternoon storms. Outdoor scenes go early or late, with a backup plan agreed in advance.

Permits
Beaches, parks, public streets and some private communities have their own rules for commercial filming. We check what applies to each location and handle permits case by case.

Season
Winter and spring are the busy months for most visitor-facing businesses. We film then if a hotel or restaurant should look lively, and in quieter months if you need empty rooms and easy access.
Service area
From Sarasota we cover Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice, Siesta Key and Longboat Key. We also travel to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Southwest Florida, and statewide for the right project.
A note on our portfolio: the films we show were produced in several places, including other parts of Florida and abroad. We do not present them as Sarasota work.
