There is no second take at a live event. What gets filmed depends on knowing the program, the room and the people who matter before the doors open.

We work from your run of show and a priority list, so the crew is in the right place for the keynote, the reveal or the moment a sponsor paid to be part of.

Event coverage we provide

    Recap films

    A short film that gives the feel of the event: the venue, the crowd, the speakers and the key moments. Used for follow-up and for selling the next edition.

    Speaker capture

    Talks and panels recorded in full with clean audio, for an archive, for attendees or for release as individual sessions.

    Same-event interviews

    Short interviews with speakers, attendees, sponsors and organizers, filmed in a quiet corner while everyone is in one place.

    Promo films

    A film that announces an upcoming event, cut from previous footage, new material or both.

  5. 05

    Aerial and venue footage

    Exterior and establishing shots of the venue and setting, where the location and conditions allow.

Interviews while everyone is in the building

An event puts your speakers, clients and partners under one roof for a day. That is the easiest moment to record them.

Our portfolio includes conference coverage for a dental congress with speaker and attendee interviews. The same approach suits association meetings, medical congresses, sales conferences and product launches.

The recap film is the invitation to next year's event.

Before, during and after

    Before

    We review the program, floor plan and venue rules, list the moments that must be filmed and schedule interview slots.

  2. 02

    During

    Crew size follows the program. Parallel sessions, a main stage and an interview corner each need their own coverage.

  3. 03

    After

    The recap is edited first, followed by sessions, interviews and social clips in the order you need them.

What event coverage can include

Deliverables are agreed in the scope before the event. Common outputs:

Event video questions

How early should we contact you?
As soon as the date and venue are set. Early contact gives time to review the program and coordinate with the venue and the AV provider.
Can you take audio from the venue's sound system?
Where the venue or AV provider can supply a feed, yes. We arrange that in advance and record our own audio as well.
Do you cover multi-day events?
Yes. Coverage is planned day by day against the program, and the crew is sized to match.
We need a clip during the event or right after it. Is that possible?
Tell us at the scoping stage. A fast edit has to be planned for, with the right people and setup in place on the day.
Do you travel for events outside Sarasota?
Yes. We cover events in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Southwest Florida and across the state.
